Sunday, November 23, 2008 is 10 Chuen (Monkey). Yesterday Oc the dog reminded us of our individual purpose and direction, focusing on commitment to our path. Today is Chuen, the monkey, in some ways quite the opposite of the Dog, but supporting nonetheless of the message brought by Oc.
When we speak of Chuen the Monkey we speak of the inner child and our playful acts. What good is the world without some form of pleasure? We’ve all heard the expression, “all work and no play..” Since today is ten, the day of manifestation, we are invited to reap and play at the same time, so in a sense we have permission to play with our food.
Today is the day to bring the playfulness back into the picture, but be careful not to fall into the deep end. Tomorrow will come soon enough, and you will have to reconcile your actions.
