Friday, November 14, 2008, is 1 Ik (Wind). Yesterday we filled ourselves with the earthy tones of Imix, the alligator. Today brings Ik, the wind, and the breath of life. What good is life without awareness?
The wind brings to us the duality of the world, but that duality serves us well. We are motivated by our awareness to explore. Our thoughts work hard to assess and understand what is around us.
Awareness gives us that powerful ability to ask, “why”. But that is for tomorrow, when we explore our terrible two’s.
For today just enjoy the breath, and appreciate your own ability to see, and know.
