Saturday, November 29, 2008 is 3 Caban (Earth). On this third day of the cycle we have the boomerang of life. We began with our act. Whether it was a prayer or a service it was a focused request. “You reap what you sow”. Yesterday we waited. “Patience is a virtue”, comes to mind, as well as, “Good things come to those who wait”. Where does that lead us on this day?
Today the response of the earth comes through, with Caban answering with whatever we truly believe. The universe is there to support us. It is within ourselves where this support can crumble, through our own thoughts. Do we support that which we seek with faith? Have we remained true to that which we have asked for, or do we allow our dreams to fall apart at the seam with the first wind that touches it?
The days ahead will give us opportunity to refine our dream, and we do so through our attentiveness. Isn’t it a good thing that we don’t get it all at once? Caban smiles at us, giving us a sample. It is our task now to be clear about what we really seek.
