Sunday, January 25, 2009 is 8 Ix (Jaguar). Welcome back to feet week, or maybe that should be spelled feat? Isn’t it amazing what we can accomplish just by standing still?
Ix reminds us in so many ways that so much of what we seek is already with us. How can that be? The secret has been disclosed so many times, with Dorothy stating, “There’s no place like home”, and catchy little phrases like, “No matter where you go there you are”.
Ix brings us back into focus, a task that is only difficult when we try to make it something it is not. We drag into the moment all our stories. We try to pave the path ahead of us, only doing so from what we know in this moment, not in response to what we will actually face. Tomorrow will come soon enough, as will its problems. worry never made anything “better”.
Here we are, standing in the moment. Your focus need not be on your journey, at least not today. Your compass can only be found within the stream of your own heart-filled awareness as you stand still, for the moment, in your divine light.
