Tuesday, January 27, 2009, is 10 Cib (Vulture). How can we have our ten, the day of manifestation, accompanied by Cib, the vulture? Sometimes the greatest gifts come in a most peculiar package.
The impression given to me of this day is of the monkey with their hand in the jar. They hold so tightly to that treasure they found, yet they cannot pull their hand from the jar when it is clenched into a fist. Sometimes we have to let go of our own methods in order to find another way that is more graceful.
We are moving so rapidly into the shift of greater consciousness. If we hold onto the old ways we too will be like that monkey, seeing the reward but frustrated that our methods of taking no longer work.
While this story has been a little twisted, it applies nonetheless. Cib invites us to let go, and offers us assistance in the transition, whether conscious or not. For us to move into the new paradigm we must be willing to loosen our grip on the old ways, and practice the new methods. Sometimes the greatest gift of all is the chance to let go.
This posting contains a clairvoyant interpretation of the Mayan Tzolkin Calendar, a spiritually focused calendar, presented by Estee Taschereau through her venue YinYangPower.com. Private sessions by phone can be scheduled for a view of your transition into the new paradigm.
