Tuesday December 23, 2008 was the first day of a new 260 day cycle. The days flow with a connectivity and underlying purpose. The Tzolkin rotates in a wheel, combining glyph and tone.
The Mayan Tzolkin Calendar can be seen as a Guidebook for the Spirit.Call them qualities or virtues, each glyph brings focus to an aspect of our journey on earth. Each day serves to add yet another piece to the puzzle. Before we know it we have a lifetime, learning so much yet finding ourselves so often at the beginning.

How can we come to a clearer understanding of who we are? Where do we look to find the steps that collectively call themselves our path?
There are simple tools you can learn and practice to find more clarity. It is easier to know your truth when you clear from your focus the perceptions and messages from others. “Know thyself” is a message spoken throughout time. The story was written, “You know the sky and its message better than you know yourself”.
No matter what labels we place on it, we are all in the same boat: we seek to understand and define ourselves, and live within those parameters until we are ready to seek yet again. Let the wheel turn freely, it is the ride of your life.
