In the Mayan Daily Insights for Tuesday, February 17, 2009, we find the welcoming influence of 5 Caban (Earth). Yesterday I spoke of the comfort found in the familiar. Still, our spiritual nature is to seek, and our subtle energies are meant to flow. Where do we find balance if not somewhere in the middle?
The earth is abundant and provides opportunity no matter which way we look at it. Look at an apple. This simple fruit overflows with juices, providing both nutrients and the water that is so vital for our survival. Deep within the apple we find seeds, the very core of life and new beginnings. But this apple is presented as a limited-time offer, and of we choose not to accept it the apple will wither and rot, thereby returning to the land.
Even the tree growing in the rocks on the side of a mountain is given a chance, and though it may not appear to be the best of conditions the tree still grows. That tree may live a very long life, not seeing its situation as dire and hopeless, but as an opportunity to take root and grow.
How often do we walk into a situation and stifle our own growth through our imagined outcome? Does this human ability serve us or hold us back? Do you ever wish you could just throw caution to the wind? Perhaps this is your chance. The day of manifestation in this cycle gives us Ik, the wind. This could be a hint, or an opportunity.
This posting contains a clairvoyant interpretation of the Mayan Tzolkin Calendar, a spiritually focused calendar, presented by Estee Taschereau through her venue YinYangPower.com. Private sessions by phone can be scheduled for a gentle retrieval of the inner child left behind.
