Wednesday, March 25, 2009 is 2 Ben the Reed. This cycle could easily be themed, “opportunity”, whether it is in the dreamlike state of creativity, the thought process, feelings and connectivity, or in the actions we take. In presenting today’s insight I am given the image of the reed, and the many challenges faced.
The reed could shrivel and die from lack of water, or curl in defense from the bitter cold. Does the reed choose not to grow based upon what could happen, or give any credibility to “the odds”? No, the reed always faces the day, responding to the conditions no matter what they may be. Survival is never guaranteed, but no less than one element or opportunity is always available.
