Saturday, April 18, 2009 is 13 Caban (Earth). Here we stand in this most magical day in the Mayan calendar with the number 13. All the days prior have prepared us for this moment, and the days that are to come will reflect upon the foundation of the earth, Caban.
This upcoming cycle may not be the most pleasant of times but it does lead us to a place of support and guidance.
Yesterday we had Cib, and tomorrow we have Edznab. Both of these places could be considered as darkness. But when faced with the darkness we can adapt, and use our other senses. On a spiritual note those extraordinary senses might be forgiveness, faith, trust, and an open heart.
In these next few weeks we can remember the earth beneath our feet. The illusions around us can spin wildly, causing us to lose our focus. But we can remain stable, falling back on that centerpoint that supports and guides us.
