Monday April 13, 2009 is 8 Eb (The Road). Yesterday we had a filling yet bland bowl of porridge, with the choice of which bowl to accept. Today we focus on that single step between what we see and what we choose.
There is never a moment of nothing, not in this world. We will always find ourselves in the middle of something. If you found yourself in the ocean, with no land in sight, the world would be centered around you. In this instance you would be presented with an abundance of water. You may feel alone, or feel the presence of the fish, or even tune in to the melodic voice of the waves. Your relationship with the abundance around you could go many ways. You could stay afloat or sink.
For every opportunity there is an abundance of something. With every something there is always some choice we can make. The world around us is always complete but in a state that can be readily formed into whatever we want to make it. Over the next few days we transition from this place of eight. The world is here, and we have become conscious to it. Now what do we do with it, do we accept it as it is, or mold it into our own image? The world is complete with or without you, but you are here, it must be for some reason.
