For those who have noticed that the Mayan Daily Insights have not been posted the last few days, I want to extend an apology. I have been at a conference with very extended hours and little opportunity for internet access.

I am also addressing the transition of my best friend, Shadow, from the walking to being. There are no words to express the love shared by this amazing soul.
