The divine love that surrounds us all

Saturday, July 18, 2009 is 13 Lamat (Rabbit, Star) Today is the last day of this day cycle, the magical thirteenth day in the Mayan Calendar. Where exactly do we stand, at the end of the old, or the beginning of the new?

Today, as I write the universally inspired message for today, I see first my own reflection as I work so hard to raise the capital I need in two days to attend a conference. I feel the surge of power and connectivity into this dream, but also face my old patterns and beliefs. I can honestly say that I cannot see how this will magically come together so quickly, even though I know that time is fluid and flexible.

But today I have the magical number 13, and the influence of Lamat. We don’t have to have the answers to move in the right direction, we simply close our eyes and trust that we are guided. Lamat is about harmony, and the expansion of consciousness into the divine love that surrounds us all.

A few days ago I counseled another to practice “seeing” the support that is with her ever minute of every day. Today I take that same advise. This is 13 Lamat, an open door to a new world, a new way, guided into the harmonious place that can only be custom-fit for you.

The Mayan glyphs tell us about our days, with a different combination each day of the 260 day cycle. What does the Mayan Tzolkin hold for the individual?
