Friday, July 17, 2009 is 12 Manik (Deer, Hand). Today is the twelvth day of the 13 day cycle of creativity. Here to guide us to our next step is the intuitive nature of Manik.

Taking the easy road can mean one of two things: it can be our side-step to avoid moving into our next lesson, or it can mean accepting the guidance and support available.

The idea, today, is that we shouldn’t be so hard on ourselves. Sometimes we need to see that we are anything but alone in our journey. Even more important is stepping out of our own way. We rely so heavily on our brains and the right way to achievement. Much of our creativity occurs on a lighter level, though. Manik gives us opportunity today to witness the workings of the universe within ourselves, and this act of conscious letting go will allow us to rise to the next level.

Tomorrow we have that magical 13th day gateway to the next step – but first we must let our “eyes” adjust to the light.
