In the Mayan Daily Insights, Friday, September 4, 2009 9 Cib, the Vulture. Hey, don’t knock it – the vulture plays a very important role! The vulture has been honored in ancient times as the transmitter between the physical world and the higher realms. Cib, the Vulture, is the gateway to these higher realms.
We cannot serve two masters and do so successfully. Where do your alliances lie, with your hearts desire or the methods of the past? Something must be lost, or die away to make room for the next step. Cib gently shows us that we never lose anything, we simply transform it to the next level.
This is the ninth day of the day-tones, a highly spiritual number. I see it like the deep breath we take before blowing out the candles, and the deeper the breath the more candles we will impact. Tomorrow is the day when we step into manifestation. But wait, before you blow out those candles, did you make your wish?
