In the Mayan Daily Insights, Sunday, September 20, 2009 is 12 Eb, the Road. We live in a world ruled by the laws of duality, and the road is no exception. Our power, and curse, is our ability to choose. Sometimes it can feel like the weight of the world rests upon our shoulders, with the responsibility for our actions and our role in making the right decisions.
Why do we have to have so many forks on the road? Isn’t our life predestined or something like that? Where is our supreme divine guidance when we reach a crossroad? Who left the decision in my hands?
Okay, that was a bit of a run, wasn’t it, but it was great fun as well. We do have crossroads to face. Sometimes that decision-point is clear, and sometimes we stand there thinking, “I’m supposed to know where I’m going?”
The freedom to choose is a pretty big thing, in fact it’s enormous! We want infinite possibility? We’ve already got it! Seen or unseen it’s already here.
