In the Mayan Daily Insights, Monday, September 28, 2009 is 7 Ahau (Light, Lord). Yesterday we found ourselves with opportunity to see our own reflection in the many faces that pass us by each day. We can always find differences, not just in the way we appear but also in our mannerisms, thoughts, creations, and a cornucopia of other elements that all fit together and make the divine you.
One aspect we didn’t talk about in the appearance of the rainstorm is the prism effect when we bring together the rainstorm and the light. We can see the glistening as light meets the water. We also have the refractive effect, as the interaction between light and water seem to create a new direction.
There is great beauty to be found in this world, and much of it is right before our eyes, even if we don’t see it. So much beauty is hidden behind the dark crusty shell we create in our attempt to preserve our sparkle. We are also powerful creators. How many beautiful things can we create when we allow that connection of light and life? I believe the answer is exponential.
The number seven is a doorway to bringing our spiritual creativity into form. Combined with the light of Ahau we have the chance to see very clearly that we have many qualities, and everything about us contributes to who we are. It’s a big load to carry, but a tremendous gift as well. What is your prism effect when you meet the light? Now is the time to believe that we are the miracle, the collective value of a lifetime, and many wonderful creations can come from any one of us when we meet the light.
