Mayan Daily Insights: Our Qualities, Virtues, and Values

Today I offer you a look into the future. In this world we have a mix of the yin and the yang, and neither exists without the other. As I look into this next 13 day period that begins on Monday I see so much release and letting go. The deeper I delve into this insight the more clearly it becomes real: we are truly here to serve, and the value we create in the world around is everything.

It is the reflection of our own values, an opportunity to celebrate our choices and actions;

It is our connectivity to others, a chance to share, love, give, reflect, and build the synergy of collectivity that shines as bright as the sun;

Release is not loss, it is renewal. Letting go is not resigning, it is accepting. Everything We Give Reflects Upon Us, as both a statement and a blessing.

We begin this cycle with the gentle Hand of Manik to set a tone of grace; we peak with Ben, the flexibility to respond instead of react; and we conclude this cycle of release with Cauac, the rainstorm, a time to reflect on our ability to wash away what no longer serves us. See, this cycle is all about service, even to ourselves.
Join us every day in this thirteen day cycle that begins on Monday, October 5th, 2009 and concludes, or evolves, on Saturday, October 17th.

Why do I post today about something that is not yet here? Even though our foot has yet to touch the ground in the upcoming cycle we are still in motion. These three days that precede will certainly contribute, so what are you building today to support your tomorrow?
