Today we have the most intriguing combination, with a present time day/date combination that provokes superstitious thoughts and behaviors. Today is, November 13, 2009, and ironically it meets the Mayan Tzolkin calendar with One Cimi, or Death. This seems to be a rather intense pointer to a potential outcome, but wait. Isn’t there also such a thing as change for the better?
Death gets us thinking, “Is there more than what I perceive?” We seek to find the answers, to control the outcome, but obviously we’re not intended to control everything we touch. Good thing, else there would be a lot of great creations plowed under before we ever know their value.
In the Mayan Tzolkin Calendar, Friday, November 13, 2009 is 1 Cimi, or Death. One old text described Cimi as “Closed in Death”. We must let go, even by force, and allow new to take form. Today is day one, the beginning or origin of another 13 day turn of the Mayan calendar. This is a good opportunity to focus on what you truly want and let go of the old ways and ideas, and let Cimi serve you.

In general I do not make a comment on blogs, but I would like to mention that this post really forced me to do so. Really nice post!
