Standing Freely in One Space

Yesterday we looked at the act of letting go of the fragmentation of our lives. The effect is a little bit like defragmenting our hard drive, freeing the space that was inaccessible because it was wedged between two thoughts, and in itself did not have enough consciousness or energy to make something new.

So when we look at this clearing process, and how it translates into the activities of today, where do we draw the line that becomes a bridge? This twelfth day is about becoming who we want to be, and how strongly today is influenced by what we choose to carry forward.

That freeing of our mind and spirit that was prompted by Cib does not take anything away from the physical, in fact it enhances our connection to the earth. How better to relate to our day than by standing freely in one place. Why burden ourselves with thoughts that already had their moment, giving the spotlight to anything but the present? Today is the best gift that we could ever give ourselves!
