In the deepest, darkest hours of the night you can hear a pin drop. It is in these times that we can escape the grasp of our mind. The wheels turn loudly, chattering at us almost 24/7, and we become so accustom to the noise that we don’t even notice it anymore. Then comes the night, and we have opportunity to be something other than our usual “self”.
Today is December 20, 2009, and the Mayan Tzolkin calendar turns to 12 Akbal, the night. Wonderful things come in the night: silence, peaceful feelings, Santa.
Not all those who read these postings belief in Santa. I cannot say for sure if there was a Santa as far back as the time when the Mayan calendar came about. But then again, who can say for sure that we didn’t have such a presence in our lives.
Every day we have the chance to open ourselves to the gifts we have been given: our existence, awareness, consciousness, love, insightfulness, and the enthusiasm and passion that draws us so magnetically into living.
Happy Holidays to all from the intuitive voice of Estee Taschereau and the Mayan Daily Insights.

The night-time is a very good time for creativity, especially when it’s very late. I have heard that this is because there is less psychic static going on, since most people in one’s area will be asleep. It’s easier to “hear” yourself at night.
Hey. I couldn’t get through to this page the other day. Anyone else had the problem?
Sorry to hear you had difficulties. Occasionally the hosting server gets overwhelmed, but I have to say they do their best. Thank you for informing me about the problem. I’d love to hear your comments on the postings as well! Let’s dialog, people!!
