No matter how old we get there is no denying that we carry our inner child within us. We hold the playful frivolous side of life, a side that longs for the opportunity to express itself. So much happens when we let ourselves have that belly-full laugh. The illusions we hold fall to the wayside, and at the same time everything comes together. We are here, we are there, we are everything and everywhere.
Today is Saturday, February 6, 2010, and 8 Chuen the Monkey in the Mayan Tzolkin Calendar. We’ve heard it before, laughter is the best medicine. So true – what else is the point of everything we do if we cannot have a slice of that life?
Today we have the number eight, a number associated with money, and in its raw form we could say abundance. This number is two steps from manifestation, and we could go so far as to say that what we have today fuels our tomorrow. All our hard work gets us there, but who are we, that part that is “getting somewhere”? Substance gives reason for movement, not the other way around. We are always abundant – the magic question is what exactly we let ourselves be the abundance in our lives.
Have a great weekend, and a good belly laugh.
