Mayan Daily Insights: One Day, One Insight

We’re so talented in creating catch 22’s.  For centuries we gather around the elders listening to their stories, study the works of others, and process what we have learned to build a better world.  Many of us are thinkers, spending the majority of our time in our head.

The wheels turn, and sometimes it’s hard to get off that wheel.  The power of the mind is phenomenal.  Thinking has become our strongest part, but there is more to life.

Friday, March 5, 2010 is 9 Edznab, Flint in the Mayan Tzolkin Calendar.  Edznab represents our ability to break through the illusions, the perceptions we create in our mind.  It is important that we gain a clearer perspective every now and then, and Edznab does roll around every 20 days.
