Life has so much to offer, and that is the story told by Eb, the road on this day. There is certainly an abundance in this world, and if we step off the idea of abundance being restricted to money or even something as generic as riches then it is easier to accept that no matter where you go there is always something. The magic question is what we make of it.
Friday, March 19, 2010 is 10 Eb, The Road in the Mayan Tzolkin Calendar. So much is placed within our reach but its clear that our own life creations are not handed to us on a silver platter. Life is not designed that way. We work, design, create and destroy, and end up with a cornucopia of good things and bad. Need we even talk at this point about decisions and lessons? Perhaps not, today’s point is not what we make of it, but that we can make of it whatever we can.
The upside to the road is that we can find so many pleasures and treasures along the way. It is also comforting to know that we do not have a predestined ending point, if we did then who would ever choose to reach their destination? Life is an ongoing road, with twists and turns and occasional dead ends. Bring extra socks, and enjoy the journey. Life’s little promise: there will always be a road.
