One thing that can be said for the rainstorm is that it promotes an inward journey, finding a space where you can be warm and dry, safely away from the elements. With that in mind there is a degree of purposeful benefit to be gained from the rainstorm, and there is nothing wrong with using this time as a cloak while we go through our miraculous transformation.
