Living in this world is amazing. While there is a direction relationship between cause and effect there is also an incredible flexibility in how much we actually have to be involved in the development of our creations.
The world goes on with us or without us. Sunrise and set, seasons change, and plants grow setting not one but many seeds to continue in their footprint. Welcome to the world of multiplicity. Something will come from our efforts, and it will be seen sometime down the road how durable that creation will be.
Some people seem to be able to open their pocket and the seeds come flowing out like magic. They smile, knowing that those seeds are no loss, because tomorrow comes soon enough, and the harvest will replenish their supply, and more. Others are caution is sowing their seed, planning down to the last detail to avoid losing everything they have. Which is the right attitude to carry? No one is better than the other.
Wednesday, March 31, 2010 is 9 Kan, the Seed or Lizard in the Mayan Tzolkin Calendar. Again we find ourselves on the edge of the creative process, with tomorrow’s day of manifestation just around the corner. How much input do we have in this world and what we receive? An even better question may be “when is it too late to invest ourselves in the outcome”?
On the day of harvest each of the people described will reap what they sow, but the outcome isn’t based purely on one condition. The seed itself has its own agenda, and will grow despite our alleged ownership of it, and it will be fruitful and multiply: Welcome to the world of multiplicity. Yes we can and will impact the world around us by giving our best, but thank God that this world is also forgiving, letting us turn away from time to time without seeing our creations crumble away.
