Yesterday as I turned my focus toward today’s posting the first impression brought my attention toward expectations. We are planners, creative spirits. We set goals then focus our attention toward achieving those goals. There is a matter of balance as well, allowing ourselves to see beyond our expectations, to see not just what we ask for, but the many possibilities as well.
Today, Monday, April 5, 2010 is 1 Muluc, the Water in the Mayan Tzolkin Calendar. This is the start of a new cycle of thirteen days. The supporting glyph for this day, Muluc, reminds us that great latitude is given to us to create whatever we desire. But the water moves with great flexibility, finding whatever pathway can be found, and transforming through many means.
The focus shown on this day gives credibility to our own ability to be flexible, and see things in as many ways possible. New opportunities can present themselves, and may appear in a way that we least expect.
