Today let’s talk about the money making world as it is today. The majority of us go to work, give what we need to which is often a lot of our time and energy, and we are given back something in return. The question is whether or not what we get back will be enough. Does what I put in my pocket just get me through to the next time I receive, or do I get enough to sustain and plus a little more?
In the business world as well as the world as a whole are we are suppose to be growing or just sustaining? Certainly we must do what we can to achieve at least the sustaining marker. But what about the growing part, isn’t that the definition of success?
I’m not fond of getting back just a little, and I don’t think life has to be that way. Getting back a little always means we have to work hard again all that much sooner. This keeps us working too hard for what we have, and we lose our perspective of how valuable we truly are.

The message I see today to guide us into a more empowering way is to stay focused on what we are giving, being precise and instilling our own value system into what we give. No one sees the value of what they give when they give too randomly, without thought or sustained focus. The number nine is one of great power, triangulating three sets of the stable yet energized number three. The sign of the Eagle called Men means service and purpose. Put those together and it means giving value and dedication in each task we do for the specific task at hand. This is what the real meaning of “giving more than you receive” should be, its giving better, not more. Don’t try to be all things to all people, be what you need to be right now. Then your output will be laser sharp, you will be more effective, and your efforts will not deplete you. This will bring more balance in the ratios of what you give and what you receive.
