In the Mayan Tzolkin calendar the numbers move forward sequentially, and make sense to us as they move one, two, three and so on, with thirteen altogether. There are also the 20 glyphs, but they come to us with names that have little meaning to us. Is there rhyme or reason to their sequence?
Today is 2 Men, the sign of the Eagle in the Mayan Tzolkin calendar. There is definitely strength in alliance no matter where that alliance occurs.
In our actions, as we move forward to complete our goals, there is a road already forged by our intentions. In a sense when we finally move physically into action we have already been there, and the space for that creation is defined. When we build our life with the power of concentrated efforts we do not work harder, in fact it becomes easier. This is a powerful alliance, our thoughts and our actions when they work in alignment.
Earlier I mentioned the sequence of the glyphs. Again we have an alliance, for Men, the Eagle is always preceded by Ix, the Jaguar, giving strength to the cause.
Today as we move forward we have another alliance to nurture, and that is the alliance between our inner strength and our purpose. Our goals should empower us, not deplete us in any way.
