Yesterday we talked about the art of moving forward, an ability or attribute of our human nature that comes so naturally in the early part of our life. Where does that step take us? That question is the very core of today’s posting.

The number three is representitive of an evolutionary process, much like growing up or growing into a higher understanding. The Glyph of Lamat, the Star gives us the quality of “seeing beyond”.
How easy is it to linger in a series of thoughts that gives us consistency in the world, knowing what to expect and some general idea of how things will turn out. We know the taste of a strawberry, the feel of a touch. We also create preconceived ideas of how our life will be, sometimes giving us hope, but at times holding us back.
We don’t always live in that “recognizable world”. Isn’t it amazing how we can dream? At any moment we can see ourselves in a different situation, and with enough determination and belief we can make that dream come true. People do it all the time: those who do smile as they speak of those transformations from thought to action; those who hesitate say “it is all in your head”, and they are right, at least in their own case.
Today the focus is on 3 Lamat, the Star, recognizing the ability to take what is our reality and what is our dream and meld the two into something new, something wonderful. We are all incredible creators, its just a matter of tuning the dial to “amazing”.
