Today is Saturday, February 6, 2010, and 8 Chuen the Monkey in the Mayan Tzolkin Calendar. We’ve heard it before, laughter is the best medicine.
Today we talk about the playful starting place. On January 17, 2010 we have 1 Chuen, the Monkey in the Mayan Tzolkin Calendar. When I look more deeply into the eyes of Chuen I see the keen ability of observation.
Our world is grossly unfair to that inner child, and its desire to express itself, play, and create through interaction. Instead we find ourselves protecting our intellectual properties and ideas. Somewhere in the midst of our work environment we will still find a creative aspect of self, longing for expression as well as appreciation.
Space is such a big concept. The infinite goes on.. forever. Here we are, one little soul in a big world, living a day at a time, drawing within the lines. Go Color Your World.
Today in the Mayan Tzolkin calendar we greet Wednesday November 18th with Six Chuen, the monkey. This brings us the benefit of enjoyment, playfulness, and that joy that is found when the inner child is entranced by an amazing sight.
