At Some Point The Bubble Can Burst

So many of the stories told within the Mayan Daily Insights are ones of encouragement and [...]

The Impression of Water On Our Very Being

Glyph: Muluc No Comments »

In today’s story, bringing together this day’s Mayan Tzolkin tone and glyph with an intuitive description, I’m reminded of the salt water isolation tanks that were popular back in the late 1980′s. While within the tank, floating in a body temperature salt water solution, there is no light, no sound.  It was a feeling of [...]

What Lies Below The Surface?

What We Give Far Outweighs Duration

Daily Insights, Glyph: Muluc No Comments »

This day is Thursday, February 5, 2010 and 6 Muluc, the Water in the Mayan Tzolkin calendar. The number six to me can be a difficult one, a pivotal place nearly midpoint in the 13 day number system, a time we could consider restful for the body, but not for the spirit. Muluc doesn’t make this day any easier, given the depth that the water could potentially take.
